Facilities & Standards
At Two Angels Ltd, the safety of our service users, support staff, and visitors is a top priority. We have trained support staff and management on site 24 hours a day to ensure all safety guidelines are followed, and our properties are regularly checked and updated in line with public and care facility health and safety standards. To further protect everyone in our care and those visiting our facilities, our properties are monitored by CCTV.
We offer a full range of support to give our service users the best chance to reach their potential. Support staff and managers are given ongoing training career development support, ensuring they have the necessary skills and expertise to provide exceptional support to our service users. We ensure that all staff members are respectful to each other and any individuals we have in our facilities. We also encourage our service users to treat themselves and others with respect inside and outside of our facilities.
